About GOOM
GOOM is an app that helps parents find, book and manage their children's activities in one place. Football, swimming, gymnastics, martial arts, dance, music, coding and more, from academies and coaches near you.
Parents looking for activities for children of any age, from toddlers to teens. You can manage bookings for several children from one account.
GOOM is live in the UAE, starting with Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. We are expanding across the GCC and Egypt, so more cities are on the way.
Yes. Downloading GOOM and browsing activities is free. You only pay when you book. The mobile app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
Deals apps sell you a package, then leave you to sort out the rest with the provider. GOOM stays with you for the whole program: class reminders before each session, a notice when the program is about to end, and in-app messaging with the provider.
Sports, swimming, martial arts, dance, arts and crafts, music, languages, STEM and coding, holiday camps and more. The range grows every week as new providers join.

Booking and payment

- Your booking is confirmed instantly and shows up in your bookings, along with the provider's details.
Each provider sets their own price, shown clearly on the listing. GOOM adds a small service fee at checkout, and you see the full total before you pay. No subscriptions, no hidden charges.
It keeps GOOM free to browse and pays for the things that make it work for you: secure payments, booking management, reminders and parent support.

Yes. Payments are processed by a licensed, PCI-compliant payment provider. GOOM never stores your full card details.
Many providers offer trial sessions. Look for the trial tag on the listing, or message the provider through the app to ask.
Yes. Add each child to your account, then select which child you're booking for at checkout.
Providers list their coaches' experience and certifications on their profile. If you'd like more detail, message the provider directly through the app before booking.
Parents who complete a program can rate and review the provider, so you can see real experiences from families like yours.
The provider runs the session and is responsible for supervision and safety on site. GOOM connects you with the provider and manages the booking. Please share any important information about your child with the provider before the first class.
Yes. Cancellation and refund terms are set by each provider and shown on the listing before you pay.
GOOM sends you a reminder before the program ends, so you can renew, switch activity or try something new without a gap.
